You Matter Allied Health – Collaboration with AusUnity Aid

Our Collaboration With AusUnity Aid

Together, Supporting Mental Health & Community Wellbeing

You Matter Allied Health is proud to collaborate with AusUnity Aid to ensure people receive both psychological support and practical, community-based assistance

About AusUnity Aid

AusUnity Aid is a community-focused organisation supporting people experiencing hardship, vulnerability, and social isolation. They provide outreach, advocacy, and connection to essential supports so individuals and families feel safe, supported, and valued.

Key focus areas include:
• Community outreach and wellbeing programs
• Support for people experiencing hardship or isolation
• Assistance for new migrants and culturally diverse communities
• Guidance when people are unsure where to turn for help

Why We Partnered

Many people experience mental health difficulties alongside social or practical challenges. Our partnership ensures no one falls through the cracks — people can access psychological therapy while also staying connected to community supports.

Benefits include:
• Easier access to therapy and wellbeing supports
• Coordinated referrals between both services
• Respectful, culturally aware care
• Holistic support — not just symptoms

How We Work Together

Referral & Connection:
AusUnity Aid may identify individuals who need psychological support and connect them with You Matter Allied Health.

Where appropriate, we may refer clients to AusUnity Aid for additional practical or community assistance.

Ongoing Collaboration:
